The Evergreens Senior Healthcare System consists of two campuses located in the scenic Piedmont Triad Area of North Carolina. With facilities in Greensboro and High Point, The Evergreens offers both skilled nursing and adult care. Each Evergreens location offers challenging employment opportunities in an atmosphere dedicated to assuring the medical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and residents. The Evergreens Senior Healthcare System totals 480 beds; enabling us to provide those services needed yet remaining small enough so employees don’t become lost in corporate bureaucracy. Our High Point campus consists of 120 beds and our Greensboro facility with its 360 beds, is North Carolina’s largest skilled nursing facility.
The Evergreens encourages employees to pursue professional growth and those who wish to advance their careers in healthcare may apply for tuition assistance to the Aaron Allred Memorial Tuition Assistance Program. The Allred Program is open to all disciplines and tuition assistance awards are made three times per year. The Evergreens has also endowed a scholarship program at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. The scholarship fund, in honor of John E. Peterson, Jr., is designated for students pursuing degrees related to the nursing profession.
